A cheerful libertarian, born and raised in Gällivare in Swedish Lapland, where out of sheer boredom I started writing subtitles for pirated films. That's one of the reasons I ended up friends with my university English lecturer, and joined his small company Language Consulting, which has since expanded into everything from ceramics (!) to editorial writing.
